Our Story
The Impact Center is a non-denominational Christian Church led by senior leaders, Pastors Rashaun and Tyheshia Davis. The church was birthed out of a calling to provide relevant, practical, life-altering ministry that equips people who aren’t perfect to integrate life and spirituality in a way that pleases God. The Impact Center celebrates diversity of thought, spiritual walk, culture, age, and gender. Here, everyone has a place. Wherever you are in your faith, and even if you don’t have faith yet…you fit here. If you’ve had some missteps and failures…so have we. Maybe you are successful, yet there’s something missing… you too are welcome! Completely disarmed of pretense, we study scripture to understand God and delve deep into self awareness pursuing an authentic encounter that changes our perspectives, our lives, and Impacts the world!

Meet Dr.Ray.
Dr. Ray is a down-to-earth, fun, compassionate, extroverted guy that loves God and His people. He has been married to Pastor Tye for 17 years and is the proud father of 2 children; Jyare and Maddison Davis. He believes his call to ministry cannot be separated from the call of being a husband and father.
He is an ordained minister and holds a Bachelor’s degree from The University of Delaware a Master’s of Divinity from New Brunswick Theological Seminary, and a Doctorate in Ministry from United Theological Seminary. Dr. Ray is a certified Project Manager and has facilitated several Divinity topics at Urban Ministry Institute, Change Church Campus. Leveraging his natural gift of encouragement, he has occupied ministry roles such as armor bearer, Youth Pastor, Campus Pastor, and Executive Pastor.
Meet Pastor Tye.
Pastor Tye is happily married to Dr. Ray, and as a result of this union she is also the mother of two children; Jyare and Maddison Davis. Though she wears many hats, her roles as wife and mother are her priority.
She is a reflective, methodical, courageous and loving leader. She is an ordained minister and has a Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and a Master’s of Public Administration. She has 12 years of experience serving in several roles within ministry which range from Youth Pastor, Associate Pastor, and Discipleship Pastor.
Pastor Tye travels the country as a Change Management practitioner and has trained on Leadership Development topics like performance management, conflict resolution, coaching and feedback, and effective communication. As an itinerant preacher she is known as a spirited speaker that empowers women, men, and youth to use their impact for God’s glory.
This fearless leader doesn’t see giants, just possibilities. She believes God has uniquely gifted her to lead Christians into the land that God has promised them. #LeadingImpact!
